We exist to bring students into a relationship with Jesus Christ, grow in discipleship through God's Word, and glorify God through our witness and service toward others. The fuel of God revives us into a relationship with Jesus, fills us up through the Word, and sends us to pour out the good news of God's love onto others.

[+]SPIRITUAL LIFE AND ACCOUNTABILITY
In order to truly lead others to the throne of God, it is imperative that we live a life that truly exemplifies Christ Jesus, our Lord. As lead worshipers at WWC, we ask that you examine and challenge your spiritual walk in the following areas, so that you can continue to grow and lead others toward Him.
Be a Devoted Follower of ChristIn order to lead others to Christ, we must first know Him for ourselves.
Daily Devotion and PrayerLeading worship can be very taxing on one's own spiritual life. One can spend so much time leading others, that he/she often feels spiritually exhausted and empty. We ask that each member of our ministries take time everyday to meditate and talk with Christ. There is no better way to be filled, than to go straight to the Source!
AccountabilityOften, we as humans try to carry our own burdens, but as Christians we should strive to carry each other's loads. We at WWC find it imperative that each person on our team is accountable to one another and to leadership. We ask that each team member find an accountability partner within our worship arts ministry, and each group will find a leader to whom they can also be accountable.
"Talk the Talk" and "Walk the Walk"Our goal at WWC is not to make hypocrites of our worship leaders. We ask that you live a life that is pleasing to Christ everyday of the week. We do not believe in, or practice, a "Sunday Only" lifestyle.
